Beaver Scouts have a new uniform which was introduced in June 2001. It consists of Turquoise polo shirt (or sweatshirt) and navy blue trousers. Beavers also wear a Group scarf. The Beaver Scouts have an exciting, varied and interesting programme. Some work towards their Bronze Chief Scout Award. Beavers "swim up" to Cubs when they are eight years old. Want to join? You need to be six years old. You may need to go on a waiting list if your local Beaver Scout Colony is full. Check this out, well before your sixth birthday. To find your nearest Beaver Scout Colony, look at our District and Group pages or contact the County Office, alternatively click here and complete the online form.
